Family Preservation
NYAP harnesses the power of voice and choice with an abiding commitment to helping families live together, safely and successfully, in their communities.
Our programs focus on preventing the separation of family members through the implementation of collaborative strength-based services and interventions. When families have already been separated, we work with them and others invested in their success to ensure a safe and stable reunification. NYAP embraces the traditional values and practices of wraparound approaches, to implement needs-driven, culturally responsive, flexible, and individualized programming.
