Flex Funds Cash Assistance (FFCA)

FFCA provides funds on behalf of families facing various issues to ensure that a child or youth is not placed in substitute care or prevented from returning home. Programming can also help county caseworkers place a request through our FFCA Request Form with the family’s needs and the amount proposed to provide for the specific needs of the family.

Furniture, bedding, utility payments, security deposits, appliances.
Transportation including bus passes, gas, and car repairs.
Healthcare copays.
Mental health counseling and substance abuse prevention programming.
Enrichment such as art therapy classes, nutrition services, extracurricular activity fees, summer camps, and access to local community centers.
