Outpatient Mental Health (OPMH)

National Youth Advocate Program is committed to the well-being of those in our community by offering therapy and counseling services to assist persons served in developing the necessary tools to live in their homes in the least restrictive, most normative setting possible, while promoting positive family development and functioning.

What can families expect?

Each family is assigned a therapist or a family case coordinator that will work with the family in their home, community, or a NYAP office based on the accessed needs of the individual.

Services can remain in place as long as the case is open with the county or until no longer therapeutically necessary.
