Bridges to Success
The goal of Bridges to Success (Bridges) services is to provide independent and transitional living services for young adults who are preparing for emancipation and independence.
Bridges services are available to young adults who are served by the Ohio Public Children Services Agency and to youth until they turn age 21 and include:
Case management.
Support with housing or attainment of housing
Job skills development.
Money and household management.
