Hamilton County Family Preservation Program
Hamilton County Family Preservation Program is a mental health program designed to meet the needs of children and youth with serious emotional challenges and who are at risk of out-of-home placement or who are returning home from placement.
The goal of our Hamilton County Family Preservation Program is to provide the necessary mental health services to enable a child or youth to live in their home in the least restrictive, most normative setting possible while promoting positive development and healthy family functioning.

Comprehensive assessment.
Individualized, strength-based treatment plan.
Family and therapy.
Parenting coaching and skill development.
Psychoeducation.
24-hour crisis support and response.
Medication management when needed.
