Safe-at-Home
Safe-at-Home provides child welfare and community services to youth ages 12-18 who have been diagnosed with an emotional disability and are at risk of residential placement or are currently in residential placement awaiting transition back to their community.
Offered throughout West Virginia, this program serves youth and families in their communities by providing needed services and support around the family to ensure their success.
Safe-at-Home is wraparound based on the evidence informed and evidence based National Wraparound Initiative.
What can families expect?
· A team of informal and professional supports to rally around them and help them develop a plan for their family and youth.
· A voice in their care and treatment to guide the decisions and the process.
· 24-hour crisis support.
· A team that doesn’t give up.
