NYAP Recognized as One of America’s Best Midsize Employers 2025 by Forbes

We’re proud to announce that National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) is included in this year’s renowned ranking of America’s Best Employers 2025 by Forbes, a well-known global media company focusing on business, investing, technology, entrepreneurship, leadership, and lifestyle and noted for its lists and rankings of individuals, companies, and other notable figures.

NYAP ranked 100 out of 498 companies in America’s Best Midsize Employers 2025 and is in the top 50% in healthcare and social services.

To create their 10th anniversary lists, Forbes surveyed over 217,000 full- and part-time employees at companies throughout the U.S., combined with public indicators. Employees were asked if they would recommend their employer to others and to rate it based on a range of criteria, including salary, work environment, company image, training programs, diversity, and opportunities to advance.

Company ranking was also based on an overarching organizational culture where employees feel they can make a positive and lasting impact.

Congratulations to all NYAP employees on this fantastic achievement. This recognition reflects the impactful work you do each day to further our mission and vision. It also underscores our dedication to cultivating a positive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace where every team member can succeed.
